His leadership connects field execution to company-wide accountability.

    Melissa Germait brings 12 years of industry experience to her role as Senior Project Manager at Lee Mechanical, where she oversees large commercial HVAC projects spanning mechanical, sheet metal, and mechanical pipe systems. Her project portfolio includes hospitals, healthcare facilities, schools, offices, and data centers across new construction and remodel work. Melissa manages the full scope of what it takes to bring complex mechanical systems to completion on projects that define the built environment.

In her role as Fire Protection Construction Manager, she oversees projects ranging from tenant build-outs to high-rise construction across healthcare, education, and industrial facilities. Her work centers on safety, collaboration, and delivering systems that protect lives when it matters most.

    Sheet Metal Journeyman

    As a Sheet Metal Journeyman, Lexi Degroot works on large-scale commercial projects ranging from data centers to healthcare facilities. Her days start early with safety-focused planning and hands-on coordination in the field. With three years at Lee Mechanical, Lexi takes pride not only in her craft, but in teaching the next generation and helping her crew deliver precise, efficient installations.
