With more than 20 years in the sprinkler industry, Angie Waechter brings deep field and leadership experience to Lee Mechanical’s Fire Protection Division. In her role as Fire Protection Construction Manager, she oversees projects ranging from tenant build-outs to high-rise construction across healthcare, education, and industrial facilities. Her work centers on safety, collaboration, and delivering systems that protect lives when it matters most.

Sheet Metal Journeyman
As a Sheet Metal Journeyman, Lexi Degroot works on large-scale commercial projects ranging from data centers to healthcare facilities. Her days start early with safety-focused planning and hands-on coordination in the field.
