    Senior Project Manager

    Melissa Germait brings 12 years of industry experience to her role as Senior Project Manager at Lee Mechanical, where she oversees large commercial HVAC projects spanning mechanical, sheet metal, and mechanical pipe systems. Her project portfolio includes hospitals, healthcare facilities, schools, offices, and data centers across new construction and remodel work. Melissa manages the full scope of what it takes to bring complex mechanical systems to completion on projects that define the built environment.

    Luke Kiselicka

    Project Manager

    As a Project Manager at Lee Mechanical, Luke Kiselicka oversees large commercial plan-and-spec projects, along with select industrial work.
